Mecklenburg County government is currently experiencing a County-wide computer system outage caused by a security event. They are triaging the situation and formulating a plan of recovery. At this time, there is no Estimated Time of Recovery. The county’s outage does affect some courthouse services, such as, jury services. Staff is relying on a manual system and asks all those summoned for jury service to call 704-686-0195 after 5:30 p.m. on the business day prior to their service date to receive reporting instructions.
