Welcome to the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts Online Exit Interview. The purpose of the online exit interview is to provide management with an opportunity to collect information from the separating employee's perspective. The exit interview requires about five to ten minutes to complete.

Data from exit interviews may be used to help improve human resource management practices including but not limited to recruiting, orientation, performance management, training and improving working conditions. Additionally, the exit interview provides the NCAOC with information that may indicate trends in voluntary separations that the organization can work to address.
