ACIS Public Inquiry Reference Guide: This guide explains how to use inquiry functions of the Automated Criminal/Infractions System (ACIS) to look up criminal charges and infractions in each county - by name or file number. It also includes directions on state wide name searches. The manual is intended for Remote Public Access customers. In addition to step-by-step instructions, the manual also includes definitions for the fields displayed on each inquiry results screen.
How to use CIPRS: This course is designed to instruct users how to use CIPRS to search for public criminal and infraction records.
How to use OCAP: This reference guide provides instructions for the public who use the system for making payments.
How to use VCAP: This course acquaints inquiry-only users with steps for signing on and using the system’s basic features.

How to Search Civil Court Records at Your Local Courthouse: This two-page quick reference guide provides instructions for the public who use the system to search the general status of civil court cases in the Civil Case Processing System (VCAP). Note that records are printed from the public access terminal in the clerk’s office in each county.
