New Self Service for Password Reset for Non-Judicial Department Users
News image
NCAOC now provides Self Service for Password Reset to non-Judicial Department users who have access to NCAOC systems, such as those from law enforcement agencies and federal, state, and local governments. With Self Service Password Reset, if users forget their password or if their password has been revoked, they may now reset it themselves rather than requesting assistance through the NCAOC Help Desk.

This feature has been available to more than 6,000 Judicial Department users for several months and is now extended to more than 50,000 non-Judicial Department users, thus potentially saving the Help Desk 3,000 calls per month.
