Open the appropriate list (for your offense) to see if your offense is waivable or whether you must appear in court. If your offense(s) is listed as waivable below, then you do not have to appear in District Court at the time and place specified if you waive your trial, plead guilty/responsible and pay the amounts shown in the Waiver Lists and for court costs.
