Magistrates

  • To review automated processes to determine probable cause and issue process
  • To electronically assign service of process to appropriate law enforcement agency
  • To use statewide master name information in creating new processes
  • To populate data from initiating process to Release Order and Appearance Bond
  • To view and attach to Release Order other outstanding cases on the same defendant
  • To complete automated Release Order on processes issued in another county
  • To automatically update service status on process and process tracking upon issuance of Release Order
  • To automatically update ACIS with all transactions

Clerks

District Attorneys

  • To pre-enter warrants to save time waiting for issuance
  • To easliy duplicate data from process to process to save time when entering numerous warrants
