The Commission maintains an office in the North Carolina Judicial Center located in Raleigh at 901 Corporate Center Drive. The office is open on a part-time basis only and anyone wishing to visit should contact the office at (919) 890-1415 to insure that staff is available before arriving. Voice mail is available to receive calls during hours when the office is closed. All mail should be addressed to the Commission at: Dispute Resolution Commission, P.O. Box 2448, Raleigh, NC, 27602. The Commission does not receive mail at its street address and cannot guarantee the arrival of material sent to that location.

The office is staffed by Executive Director, Leslie Ratliff, and assistants, Sharon Corey-Laue and Maureen Robinson. Copies of applications for mediator certification and information about the Mediated Settlement Conference, Family Financial Settlement, Clerk Mediation and District Criminal Court Mediation Programs may be obtained by calling (919) 890-1415 or reading further on this web site.
