The Rules Implementing Mediation In Matters Before The Clerk Of Superior Court were adopted by the NC Supreme Court on January 26, 2006, pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 7A-38.3B. The effective date of these Rules is March 1, 2006. The Rules provide a framework for expediting settlement of matters referred to mediation by Clerks of Superior Court.
