The Rules Implementing Mediation In Matters Before The Clerk Of Superior Court were revised by the NC Supreme Court on October 6, 2011, pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 7A-38.3B. The effective date of these Rules is January 1, 2012. The Rules provide a framework for expediting settlement of matters referred to mediation by Clerks of Superior Court.
