The typical juror's day will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasionally, other hours are required by the Court during trial but this is an infrequent occurrence. Jurors are asked to call the Jury Clerk's Office telephone message numbers: (919) 731-7910 ext. 600 in Wayne County; (252) 523-9370 in Lenoir County; and (252) 747-2211 in Greene County after 5:00 PM on the weekend prior to the service date to listen to a recorded message directing which jurors are to report and at what time. If you are selected for a jury, you will follow the instructions of the judge presiding over the trial.
