Family Court Administrator
The Family Court Administrator ("FCA") assists the Chief District Court Judge with the development and operation of the Family Court. Some of the job duties include developing and evaluating case coordination procedures, assisting in the revision of local rules and forms for publication, developing programs and evaluation tools, tracking Family Court statistics and managing community outreach efforts. The FCA also supervises the Family Court staff.

Domestic Case Coordinators
The Domestic Case Coordinators are each assigned to one judge and are responsible for coordinating that judge's domestic cases from the time the case is filed until it is closed. Some of their job duties include calendaring cases, creating court calendars, entering case information into a case management database, providing case information to litigants and attorneys, and tracking and managing cases to ensure they reach completion within the Family Court Time Standards established by the North Carolina Family Court Advisory Committee.

Juvenile A/N/D Case Coordinator
The A/N/D Case Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all juvenile abuse/neglect/dependency cases from the time the case is filed until it is closed. Some job duties include conducting child planning conferences, assisting in the calendaring of cases and with court calendars, scheduling all TPRs (private and agency cases), entering case information into a case management database, providing case information to litigants and attorneys, and tracking and managing cases to ensure that they reach completion within the Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997.

State Family Court Contacts
The Judicial Assistant provides assistance to litigants and attorneys on the telephone and in person. Some job duties include assigning judges and custody mediation orientation dates in domestic cases, assisting in the calendaring of cases, entering case information into a case management database, and providing case information to litigants and attorneys.
