Welcome to the Wake County courts website. This site contains information regarding the Wake County courts and courthouses, and also has information of general interest about the North Carolina Court System. Through these pages attorneys and citizens have on-line access to court calendars, schedules, local rules, judicial forms, and court contact information.
In addition, citizens will find easy access to information on court programs, court processes and general information on the workings of the North Carolina Court System.
Wake County has two courthouse locations:
- Wake County Courthouse: 316 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh
- Wake County Justice Center: 300 S. Salisbury Street, Raleigh
The Salisbury Street entrance to the Wake County Courthouse will be closed for construction beginning Monday, October 5th. It is anticipated that construction will last approximately 4 months and be completed by February 1, 2016. Visitors may continue to enter the Courthouse at the Fayetteville Street entrance.
