Payments are accepted in the form of cash or money order. Bank checks and money orders should be payable to the Vance County Clerk of Superior Court and mailed to the following address:

Cash payments can be made between 8:30AM and 5:00 PM at the Clerk of Superior Court's Office, located on the main level of the courthouse.
Traffic waivers and other waiverable offenses may be paid to the Magistrate after 5:00 PM, weekends and holidays at the courthouse at the Rose Avenue entry located on the back side of the courthouse, adjacent to the Sheriff's Department.
