Thank you for visiting the website for the Sampson County Courts. Located in the heart of downtown Clinton, Sampson County currently has three facilities in which courts are held. They are: Main Courthouse, 101 E. Main St., Sampson County Courthouse Annex, 119 West Main St. and the Sampson County Courthouse Extension, 201 E. Main St. Even though we have three facilities, they are all within walking distance of each other. This makes it convenient for parking in the designated free parking areas.
