Fines, Fees and Court Costs
Cash, money order, or cashier's check are the ONLY acceptable forms of payment.
No ATM or credit cards are accepted.
Payments can be mailed or paid in person at the Sampson County Courthouse, 101 E. Main St., Clinton, Office of the Clerk of Superior Court. The courthouse is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
