Emergency Postponements Procedures
 
If there is a serious problem which arises within the week prior to your jury service date, which constitutes an undue hardship or extreme inconvenience for you to appear in court on the date specified, telephone the Office of Clerk of Superior Court at 704-786-4138 for instructions on how to obtain an emergency postponement.
