District Court Judge Judith Milsap Daniels

The Honorable Judith Milsap Daniels, a native of Robeson County, was elected to the District Court bench in November 2008 and was sworn in on January 2, 2009. Judge Daniels received her B.A. degree from Wake Forest University in 1981 and her J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1984. Judge Daniels served as an Assistant District Attorney in Moore, Richmond, Anson, Union and Stanly Counties from 1985 to 1990. She served as a staff attorney with Lumbee River Legal Services from 1990 to 1992. From 1992 to 2008 Judge Daniels served as an Assistant District Attorney in District 16B.
