For the first half of 2007, Judge Fox is assigned to Judicial District 9 (Franklin, Vance, Warren, and Granville Counties) and Judge Baddour is assigned to Judicial District 15A (Alamance County). The second half of 2007 has Judge Fox in District 14 (Durham County) and Judge Baddour in District 10 (Wake County).
Superior Court Judges are attorneys who are elected for each district in non-partisan elections for eight-year terms. Regular superior court judges must reside in the district in which they are elected, but rotate from one district to another within their division.
