Case Management in New Hanover County
 
Superior Criminal Court operates under this structured system. One week of Administrative Court will be held each month along with three weeks of trial court. Pleas will be encouraged during Administrative Weeks on a scheduled basis. Probation violations and twenty to thirty trials are set for each of the three trial weeks each month.
