New Hanover county, district 5, cost, fee, payment

Court fees can be paid in person or through the mail. All payments need to be in the form of cash, certified check or money order.

Criminal court cost, restitution and probation fees can be paid in the Criminal Office here at the courthouse. Citations that court appearance can be waived may be paid at the Magistrate's Office located in the Pender County Jail, 1 block from the courthouse or in the Criminal Office.
