Courthouse hours of operation are from 8:30a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The courthouse is closed on
Judicial Branch holidays.
Our courthouse is located at 108 East Main Street Troy, NC. Parking is available in the back of our building. A ramp leading into the rear of the building, an elevator, and large hallways make wheelchair access very easy. Just inside the glass door and to the right is our Magistrate office located on the basement level of our courthouse. The first floor consists of the Clerk of Court offices. The second floor has the Courtroom, District Attorney office, and some Probation offices. The Montgomery County Jail takes up the entire third floor.
