The TCA works directly and through staff as a facilitator for change by initiating and coordinating discussions to identify problems and recommend solutions that lead to a more effective and efficient court system. Specific areas of involvement include: development of local rules and administrative policies to facilitate calendaring and other administrative activities, research and strategic planning, budgeting, personnel oversight, facilities management, grant procurement and administration, program development and project management. In addition to the analyses of effective court operations, the Trial Court Administrator is responsible for the oversight and administration of court services such as:

Todd Nuccio
has been the Trial Court Administrator for the 26th Judicial District since 1992. He is a native of Chicago, Illinois and graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1984. After graduating, he attended the University of Denver College of Law. There he received a Master of Science Degree in Judicial Administration in 1985. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1999 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Before coming to Charlotte, Mr. Nuccio was the Trial Court Administrator in the 12th Judicial District of North Carolina and Assistant Trial Court Administrator for the 7th Judicial District of Iowa.
