Caseflow Management Administrator, Meredith P. Davis

Meredith assists the Trial Court Administrator with the development and operation of the Caseflow Management Division. She develops and evaluates case management procedures, prepares local rules and forms for publication, develops division evaluation tools, and manages community outreach efforts. She also hires and supervises the Caseflow Management staff. Meredith is responsible for the operations of both the civil and criminal cases. She holds conferences, in criminal matters, with prosecutors and defense counsel in order to develop scheduling orders for their cases. Meredith is responsible for gathering and compiling performance statistics for the ADR programs, General Civil District Courts, Superior Civil Courts and Superior Criminal Courts.

Debbie assists the Caseflow Management Administrator with the operation of the Caseflow Management Division. She develops case management procedures and changes in local rules and forms. In addition to those responsibilities, Debbie, supervises the Caseflow Management staff. She serves as the case manager for Civil Superior trials and is responsible for ruling on continuances in Superior Court cases. Debbie also is responsible for producing, and ruling on amendments to, Civil Superior Court Scheduling Orders. She creates and publishes the original and final Superior Court Trial calendars. Debbie also produces statistics for the productivity and utilization of the Civil Superior Courts.
ADR Coordinator (Alternative Dispute Resolution), Amy F. Kolodziej

Amy is responsible for the Arbitration program in District Court and the Mediation Program in Superior Court. Amy assigns Arbitrators to certain time slots each week and schedules the arbitration hearings in which the Arbitrators preside. Amy is responsible for ruling on all continuance requests of arbitration hearings. She also orders cases to Mediation in Superior Court, assigns deadlines for the completion of the Mediated Settlement Conference, and appoints Mediators to cases in which there was not a party designation. Amy is also responsible for ensuring that all calendars for this division are delivered to the Clerk of Court's Office for distribution and posted on the internet.
District Court Case Coordinator, Lynette G. Richter

Lynette Richter is responsible for scheduling motions and trials in General Civil District Court cases. She produces statistics for the District Court courtrooms as well as the individual judges. Lynette is responsible for ruling on all continuance requests of trials. She provides dates to pro se litigants in person, and to attorneys in person, by telephone, and by email. Lynette is responsible for producing the Motions and Trial calendars in the General Civil District Court. Lynette is also responsible for updating CaseWise information with names, addresses, attorney information and court dates.
Superior Court Civil Coordinator, Jennifer Presnell

Jennifer Presnell is responsible for scheduling motions in Superior Civil cases. She is also responsible for monitoring cases that have been placed on the Clean-up calendar and conducting Clean-up calendar hearings each week. Jennifer also produces the Motions and Clean-up calendars in Superior Civil Court cases.

Eva House is responsible for creating and maintaining drug, property, and persons' administrative schedules, which consist of settings, plea conferences, plea slots, bond hearings and trials for Criminal Superior Court (currently administrative Courtroom 5310).

Claudia is responsible for creating and maintaining property administrative schedules, which consist of arraignments, judicially led plea conferences, scheduling conferences, pre-trial readiness conferences and trials for Criminal Superior Court (currently administrative Courtroom 5350).

Jennifer Acheson is responsible for scheduling homicide cases for Criminal Administrative Court. She works as a liaison for the District Attorney, Public Defender, and local bar. Jennifer is also responsible for case research and the management of special projects as they are assigned.
