Court fees can be paid in person or by mail. You may pay in person at the Cashier's Office in the Lincoln County Courthouse located at

Accepted types of payment are: cash, certified checks or money orders made payable to the Clerk of Superior Court for Lincoln County.
Personal checks are not accepted.
