If you failed to appear in court on a Citation and more than twenty (20) days has elapsed, the Department of Motor Vehicles has suspended your drivers license. These citations
must be disposed of by you and additional fines and penalties paid before the Department of Motor Vehicles will restore or reissue your license. (Obtaining a new court date does not constitute disposal of the citation.)
