The Trial Court Coordinator (TCC), Ella Wrenn, assists in the scheduling of civil superior cases and the preparation of court calendars for civil sessions of court in the 9th Judicial District (Franklin, Granville, Vance and Warren Counties). This office administers the mediation settlement conference program for Civil Superior Court, monitors the court system's statistics and seeks to make the local courts as efficient as possible in the use of personnel, time and resources. The TCC is responsible for the coordination of foreign language services for the Court, court reporting coverage, media contact, and for carrying out the policies of the Senior Resident Superior Court Judge. The Trial Court Coordinator's main office is located in the Franklin County Courthouse, Louisburg.
