Failure to Appear for Administrative Traffic Court
Durham county, Traffic court, trial, district 14
Failure to appear in Administrative Traffic Court by either you or your attorney will result in the suspension of your driver's license. Upon failing to appear, the Clerk of Court may notify the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles of your absence and the Department will thereafter suspend your driving privileges indefinitely until your charge is disposed. This type of suspension will result in additional court costs and fees to have your license restored.
