What Do I Need to Know?
 
  • The Access & Visitation Office is located on the 2nd floor of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Suite 200F, and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Everyone is welcome to use the services provided by the Access & Visitation Program; however, the program is geared mainly toward fathers.
  • Access & Visitation services are free.
You will need to bring several things with you to the intake appointment.

  1. A valid drivers license or picture ID
  2. A copy of your current child support order
  3. A copy of any child custody or visitation orders
