How Do I access services?
You may be ordered by the Court.
An attorney may ask the Court that visitation or exchanges be supervised.
You may ask the Court to consider ordering supervised visits or exchanges.
You and the other party can voluntarily agree to use the center.
What Types of Services does Safe Havens Provide?
Safe Havens provides:
One-on-One supervision (one visitation monitor per family).
Monitored exchanges (supervision of child exchanges between parents immediately before and after unsupervised visits).
Telephone monitoring (monitoring phone calls between the non-custodial parent and the child).
Documentation of behavior and activities during visits and exchanges.
Factual written reports to the Court upon request.
Agency referrals for additional services.
