What Do I Need to Know?
 
  • Family Court Offices are located on the 2nd floor of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Suite 211 and are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Everyone is welcome to use the services provided by Family Court.
  • Family Court services are free.
  • Your Family Court Case Manager will be your contact person for questions about your case.
  • Each time you contact Family Court, please have the following information available:
    • 1. Judge or case manager assigned to your case.
    • 2. Your file number located in the upper right hand corner of your court documents. (Ex. (00-CVD-0123))
  • Be clear about what information you would like us to provide.
