Court Fees, Fines and Traffic Citations
Court fees can be paid in person or by mail. You may pay in person at the Cashier's Office in the Cleveland County Courthouse located at 100 Justice Place, Shelby, North Carolina.

Accepted types of payment are: cash, certified checks or money orders made payable to the Clerk of Superior Court for Cleveland County. Personal checks are not accepted.
