Civil cases - You can pay a civil judgment by money order, certified check, or cash. Personal Checks are not accepted when paying on a civil judgment. Civil filing fees can be paid by personal check, money order, certified check, or cash. |
Contact the Clerk of Superior Court's Office for additional information on how to pay fines at (919) 708-4400. The Civil Judgment division must verify all Payments before the Cashier accepts payment.
