General Court fees and fines
If you are mailing your payment please send a certified check or money order to the address below. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, certified check, or money order. Certified checks and money orders should be payable to the Forsyth County Clerk of Superior Court and mailed to the following address:

If you wish to pay cash, you may come to the Forsyth County Hall of Justice, Clerk of Superior Count located on the second floor in Room 217. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, certified check, or money order. Certified checks and money orders should be payable to the Forsyth County Clerk of Superior Court.
NOTE: We do not accept payments by bankcards (i.e.) Debit/Credit) or personal checks.
