Superior Court Judge Michael J. O'Foghludha

The Honorable Michael J. O'Foghludha received his undergraduate degree from Duke University, where he also studied at Oxford University and the Universite d'Aix-Marseille, and is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law. Before being elected as Durham's newest Superior Court Judge in 2010, Judge O'Foghludha served as a Legal Aid attorney, an Assistant Public Defender for the 12th Judicial District, and spent 24 years in private practice with Pulley, Watson, King, and Lischer in Durham.
