Model Code of Conduct for Family Court Staff
  This code applies to all non-judge court employees, hereinafter called court professionals, who work pursuant to the hiring authority of the Chief District Court Judge in a district designated by the Administrative Office of the Courts as a Family Court District.
 
Memoranda of Understanding/Agreement
  In 2008, the leadership at the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts, the Department of Health and Human Services (North Carolina Division of Social Services), and the Office of Indigent Defense Services entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding their joint responsibility to protect and provide permanency to North Carolina's children while improving outcomes for families involved in abuse, neglect and dependency court proceedings.
 
JWise Orientation for AND & TPR cases
  JWise is the automated information management system for juvenile courts in all one hundred North Carolina counties. It is used to record case activity for abuse, neglect & dependency cases; termination of parental rights cases; emancipation cases and delinquency/undisciplined cases.
