The Custody and Visitation Mediation Program is primarily a district court program and therefore, local policies vary from district to district.
The local Chief Judge in the District supervises the mediation program and responds to complaints or concerns about the local mediator or the custody mediation program.
The Administrative Office of the Courts provides training and oversight for the NC Child Custody and Visitation Mediation Program. Concerns specifically related to administration may be addressed to the NC Child Custody and Visitation Mediation Program.
