In an effort to support parents reaching a successful resolution of their custody and visitation issues, the NC Custody Mediation Program mandates that parties first attend a group orientation. The orientation is designed to introduce parties to mediation and to encourage their active participation and collaboration in the process. AOC's award winning video "Putting Children First" and receive a booklet by the same name.
